Release a butterfly and cherish your loved one’s life
To make your wedding a royal event, consider inviting guests from "The Butterfly Sanctuary" use our beautiful butterflies as a unique and unparalleled alternative to confetti, rice, bird seed or balloons. A designated guest at your wedding will release the butterflies as you both come out after the ceremony. You will depart under a veil of fluttering beauties who will remain for just the right amount of time before they gently and majestically fly away! Some butterflies will linger for several minutes before departing. You and your guests will never forget the magical appearance of these distinguished and elegant creatures. Releasing butterflies at your nuptials will support efforts to replenish butterflies in the environment and reverse trends of disappearing species.
Generally, butterflies can be released in our area during mid-spring through October or when daily temperatures are at least 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Advance notice of at least one month is desired to ensure availability.
Many people believe that butterflies symbolize spirit, representing freedom and beauty as they take flight. When we experience the vital connection between butterflies and nature, we tend to instinctively feel that peace and harmony are truly around us. A butterfly release is a unique experience; Butterflies are symbols of the spirit of transformation. Butterfly releases are a positive way to send off your loved ones into their next life.

It is a matter of grave sadness when death in a family, loved ones or friends circle occur. Words are not enough to express emotions, flowers play an evident role in this way. They fill the void which words cannot fill and showcase how you are feeling about the loss of a dear friend or a loved one.
The tradition of sending flowers as a sign of condolence is not new, rather it is used in majority of the religions and ethnicities. White flowers are especially popular for this cause. Sending flowers signify thoughtfulness and that you care about person who is in mourning.
At The Butterflies Sanctuary, we help you by offering the flowers service. We send flowers to your loved ones and donate a portion of the sale to the local charities.
The Butterfly Sanctuary charges a small admittance fee and donates profits to local charities. Past recipients have included breast cancer organizations, Camp Quality, a summer camp for kids with cancer, those assisting the homeless, local food pantries, our overseas troops, and US Veterans.
