The
Butterfly Charities Inc. is the Jersey Shore’s only 501 (c) 3
Non-profit enclosed live Butterfly exhibit. The exhibit offers a
quiet place where water , nature, flowers and over 100 live
butterflies all live in harmony. We also offer a small
courtyard that is perfect for a unique wedding ceremony.
Upon request patrons can also take advantage of a butterfly
release memorial service for grieving families. Or
for those who want a spot of tea or just want to sit in the
presence of all those butterflies, we have the perfect place for
you. All services are free with admission into the
sanctuary.
The
Butterfly Charities is also a weekly fundraiser for all those in
need and every sponsor has a vote as to where the donations go.
We forecast 150 families every week, or about 500 guests which
equate to approximately $5000 in revenues to that week’s
charity. One week it may be Breast Cancer, another week Camp
Quality, a summer camp for kids with Cancer, then the Childhood
Leukemia foundation, next to help the Homeless, the Starving,
our troops over seas and our Veterans right here. We can help
them all!
 That’s the
beauty of America; there are so many people willing to give to a
cause. It doesn’t matter how bad you think you have it, there
is always someone else out there that has it worse. Someone who
needs help more, and by giving to them and their cause it
creates a natural high, your spirits float higher than ever
before, like a butterfly, and like the butterfly you too can
make a difference.
Peace and
tranquility right here at the Jersey Shore, the great thing
about this organization is that every week we get to help so
many people. It doesn’t harm the environment and it helps the
most important part of the economy – our local community. It’s
our own little economic stimulus package that has taken wings
and landed right here in our back yard.
The
following is a list of benefits available to The Butterfly
Charities Sponsors. We have two Radio stations 100.1 WJRZ and
95.9 WRAT providing 40 commercials every week. We have full
color brochures in all the Garden State Parkway and N J Turnpike
Rest stops. Sponsors will also be provided with exposure to the
Asbury Park Press and other newspaper prin t. We will also
create a link from the Butterfly Charity site to your own,
gaining additional exposure. All sponsors will receive souvenir
t-shirts with name or logo. VIP Hospitality tickets to the
Sanctuary and invitations to The Butterfly Social Diner Dance.
And we have various levels of sponsorship, so everyone can help!
